Service Locations
The Service Locations tab shows every property linked to a customer and the recurring cleaning plans — called services — attached to each property. From here your team can check upcoming jobs, update service configurations, manage room details, and add new properties or services without leaving the customer record.

This feature may need to be enabled for your company. If you don't see it, contact your administrator to check your feature settings.
How to Open Service Locations
- Go to Office > Contacts.
- Click a customer's name to open their detail workspace.
- Select Service Locations from the left navigation.
The tab shows only for customer records. Lead records do not have service locations.
What You'll See
Properties Map
At the top of the section, a map shows all the customer's properties as numbered pins. Each pin uses the zone color for that property's area. Hover over a pin in the legend below the map to highlight it on the map.
Use the Layers button in the top-right corner to switch between Street and Satellite views. Your choice is remembered the next time you open a map.
An address search box in the top-left corner of the map lets you type any address and jump the map to that location, separate from the property pins already shown.
If a property is missing map coordinates, a button appears below the map to look up and save the address location.
Property Cards
Below the map, each property appears as a collapsible card. The card header shows:
- Property name and Active / Inactive status (active means a job is scheduled)
- Street address, city, state, zip, and zone badge
- Services — how many recurring service plans exist for this property
- Jobs — how many upcoming jobs are scheduled
- Revenue — the current base fee total across all services for this property
- Next Job — the date of the next scheduled job
Click the card to expand it and see full details.
Search
Use the search bar at the top to filter properties by name, address, or service name. This is helpful for customers with many locations.
Inside a Property Card
When you expand a property, two sub-sections appear: Property Details and Services.
Property Details
This area shows the physical characteristics and instructions for the property.
Key stats shown at a glance:
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Square footage
- Difficulty rating
Home Instructions (expandable) — notes written for the cleaning team, including:
- Special cleaning instructions
- Equipment requirements
- Access and key information (entry codes, key box location)
- Pet instructions
Room Master (expandable) — a table of every room configured for this property. Rooms are grouped by room type (wet rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, dry rooms such as bedrooms and living areas, and specialty requests). For each room you can see:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Room | Room name |
| Location | Where the room is in the home (e.g., "Upstairs") |
| DC | Deep clean code indicating whether this room gets deep cleaning |
| Last DC | Date of the most recent deep clean for this room |
| Time | Allowed cleaning time in minutes |
| Fee | Room-level fee contribution |
Click the edit icon on any row to update room details. Use Add Room to add a room from your configured room templates.
Click Edit Property to update the property's address, details, or other fields in a side drawer.
Services
Each service plan (also called a service set) appears as its own expandable row under the property. Services are sorted with the soonest upcoming job first.
Click Add Service to create a new recurring cleaning plan for this property. This opens the full page quote with the customer and this property selected.
Click a service row to expand it and see the full service details, including schedule frequency, preferred team, timing preferences, and base fee.
Actions for Each Service
Inside an expanded service row, you can take several actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Modify Schedule | Opens the Property Service Manager to reschedule or adjust the recurring pattern |
| Edit Service | Opens a drawer to update the service name, team assignment, preferred days, start time window, and special instructions |
| Edit Base Fee | Updates the base price for this service |
| Add Add-on | Attaches a recurring add-on fee to this service (e.g., inside oven, inside fridge) |
| View History | Shows the base fee change history for auditing and pricing reviews |
Adding a Property
- Click Add Property in the top-right of the section.
- Enter the address and any property details.
- Save the property.
If your company shows both Add Property and Add Property & Quote, Add Property & Quote opens the full page quote with the customer selected instead, so you enter the new address there and quote it in one pass. When only one Add Property button is shown, it works the same way as Add Property & Quote.
Once the property is saved, it appears as a new card in the list. You can then add services to it by clicking Add Service inside the expanded property card.
Adding a Service to a Property
- Expand the property card.
- Click Add Service.
- The full page quote opens with the customer and this property selected.
- Choose the scope and frequency and price the service.
- Save or send the quote, or schedule and book the first job. See Add Service.
The new service appears under the property immediately. The property's status badge updates to Active once a job is scheduled.
Tips and Best Practices
- Check Next Job before calling. The property header shows the next scheduled job date so you can give customers accurate information without switching to the schedule.
- Use Home Instructions for access details. Key codes, gate codes, and pet notes entered here carry through to every job at that property. Technicians see them in the job checklist.
- Set up the Room Master early. Adding rooms from your templates helps dispatch estimate cleaning time accurately and tracks deep clean history per room.
- Use the map to plan routes. Expanding the map to full screen gives you a clear view of all properties for customers who have multiple locations across a city.
- Sort order is automatic. Services with the soonest upcoming job always appear first, so the most time-sensitive work is easy to find.
- Search saves time. For customers with five or more properties, typing the street name or service type in the search bar is faster than scrolling.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | Solution |
|---|---|
| A property pin is missing from the map | The property's address has no map coordinates yet. Click the pin icon button below the map to look up the coordinates. |
| Service Locations tab is not visible | The tab only appears for customer records, not leads. Also confirm the customer has been converted and you have the correct record open. |
| Add Service opens the quote without the home's address | Ensure the property has a valid address saved before adding a service. |
| A service shows no next job date | The service may have no scheduled jobs in the current date range, or the service plan may be inactive. Check the schedule or contact your dispatcher. |
| I cannot delete a property | Delete permission is required. Contact your administrator if you need to remove a property. |
| Room Master shows no rooms | Rooms must be added manually from templates. Click Add Room to start configuring the Room Master for this property. |
