Customer Jobs

The Jobs tab shows every job connected to a customer in one place. Your team can see upcoming and past cleans, browse the calendar, check quality inspection grades, and read customer scorecards — all without leaving the customer record. Technician timesheets are in the separate Tech History section.

How to Open the Jobs Tab

  1. Go to Office > Contacts.
  2. Click a customer's name to open their detail workspace.
  3. Select Jobs from the left navigation.

The Jobs tab is available on customer records only. Lead records do not show this tab.

Sub-tabs Overview

The Jobs tab has four sub-tabs. Each one focuses on a different view of the customer's job history.

Sub-tabWhat it shows
ActivityUpcoming and recent jobs in a calendar, timeline, or list view
ImagesPhotos uploaded during jobs at this customer's properties
InspectionsQuality inspection results with letter grades
ScorecardsCustomer satisfaction ratings with star scores and comments

Activity Sub-tab

The Activity sub-tab is the default view when you open the Jobs tab. It shows all jobs for the customer, both upcoming and completed.

View Modes

Use the view toggle in the upper right to switch between three display formats:

ViewIconBest for
CalendarCalendar iconSeeing jobs laid out by month (default)
TimelineTimeline iconComparing jobs across a horizontal time axis
ListList iconScanning all jobs in a simple scrollable list

Filters

Use the filter bar above the main view to narrow down which jobs appear:

  • Date range — Choose a preset (This Week, Last 30 Days, etc.) or a custom date range
  • Team — Filter to jobs assigned to a specific team
  • Quick filter — Filter by job status (Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled, etc.)
  • Property — Appears when the customer has more than one property; select a property to see only its jobs
  • Service — Appears when the selected property has more than one service; select a service to narrow further
  • Search — Type to search job details by keyword
  • Clear — Resets property and service filters

Job History Sidebar

Next to the main view, a Recent Job History panel shows the last 10 completed jobs in compact cards. Above the job list, a summary of recent job events tells you at a glance how many unusual events have occurred for this customer:

EventColorWhat it means
BumpsYellowJobs moved to a different date by the team
MovesBlueJobs rescheduled at the customer's request
SkipsPurpleJobs skipped for a pay period
CancelsRedJobs cancelled outright
LockoutsOrangeTechnicians were unable to access the property
RedosTealJobs that needed to be redone

Opening a Job

Click any job in the calendar, timeline, or list to open the job detail view. You can review the job's date, time, team, status, and any notes. From the job detail you can also take quick actions depending on your permissions.

Tech History

Tech History is its own section in the contact's left navigation (in the Classic layout, a Tech History tab along the top), not a sub-tab under Jobs. It lists the timesheet entries for the customer's 500 most recent jobs (upcoming jobs count toward the 500), with no date-range filter. This view helps managers review hours, verify clock-in times, and audit pay records.

Looking for Tech History on the Jobs tab? It moved: select Tech History in the left navigation instead (in the Classic layout, select the Tech History tab along the top). In the Pulse layout, old links to the Jobs tab's Tech History open the Tech History section.

Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
DateDate of the timesheet entry
TechnicianTechnician's name
Time In/OutActual clock-in and clock-out times
RatingCustomer rating received for this job (if given)
HoursTotal hours worked
TeamTeam the technician was on for this job
ServiceThe type of clean scheduled
AddressProperty address
StatusJob status (Completed, Cancelled, etc.)
RatePay rate for this entry

In the Pulse layout, click any row to open the full job detail.

Images Sub-tab

The Images sub-tab shows photos taken at the customer's properties during jobs. Use this view to review before and after photos, document property conditions, or follow up on quality issues.

Inspections Sub-tab

The Inspections sub-tab shows quality inspection records attached to this customer's jobs. Inspections measure how well the cleaning met your company's quality standards.

Reading an Inspection

Each inspection shows a letter grade based on the inspection score:

GradeResultColor
A or A+PassingGreen
B or B+PassingBlue
C or C+PassingYellow
D or D+FailingOrange
FFailingRed

Click any inspection row to expand it and see the full inspection details, including individual room or area scores.

Filtering Inspections

Use the search bar to filter inspections by keyword. Use the sort control to order inspections by date (newest first or oldest first).

Click the external link icon on an inspection to jump directly to the associated job.

Scorecards Sub-tab

The Scorecards sub-tab shows customer satisfaction ratings submitted after jobs. Scorecards help your team track service quality trends and identify customers who may need extra attention.

View Modes

Switch between Cards view and Table view using the toggle in the upper right:

  • Cards — Each scorecard appears as a tile with the rating stars, date, and any comments visible at a glance
  • Table — A compact row-based layout that is easier to sort and scan for patterns

What a Scorecard Shows

  • Date of the job
  • Star rating (1–5)
  • Comments left by the customer
  • Link to the associated job

Filtering Scorecards

Use the search bar to filter by comment text. Use the date filter to narrow to a date range. Use the category filter to focus on a specific type of feedback. Adjust how many records appear per page using the page size selector (10, 25, or 50).

Tips and Best Practices

  • Use the Calendar view for day-to-day checks. It shows upcoming jobs in the most familiar format and makes it easy to spot scheduling gaps.
  • Switch to List view for bulk review. When researching a customer's full history, the List view lets you scroll quickly without navigating a calendar.
  • Check the event summary before calling. The Bumps, Moves, Cancels, and Lockouts counters in the sidebar give you context before you speak with a customer.
  • Use Tech History for payroll questions. When a technician disputes their hours, the Tech History section shows exact clock-in and clock-out times for each job.
  • Review Inspections after complaints. If a customer reports a quality issue, the Inspections tab shows whether the job met your standards and which areas were flagged.
  • Track Scorecards over time. A single low rating may not mean much. Looking at scorecard trends helps you spot whether satisfaction is improving or declining.
