Logos and Branding

The Logos & Branding section is where you set up how your company looks in MaidCentral Pulse — logos, colors, marketing contact details, email template tokens, social media links, and the appearance of the login page your team sees when they sign in.

Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Logos & Branding to open this section.

Don't see Logos & Branding in Settings?

Logos & Branding may need to be turned on for your company. When it's off, the section is hidden from Settings and from settings search, and Templates & Emailing → Email Settings shows Email Settings Not Available. Contact your administrator to check your feature settings.

Logos, colors, and contact details you already saved keep appearing on your emails and documents while the feature is off.

Company Logos

The Company Logos card stores the image URLs used in the app header and in outgoing emails. Click the upload button next to a field to upload a PNG or JPG image (5MB max), or paste the URL of an image you already host. Uploaded images fill in the URL field; click Save Changes to apply them.

FieldDescription
Logo (Dark Text)Logo with dark-colored text, for light backgrounds. Shown in the app header in light mode
Logo (Light Text)Logo with white or light-colored text, for dark backgrounds. Shown in the app header in dark mode
Public LogoYour public-facing logo. Referenced in email templates using the token ##SVCCOLOGO##
Email MastheadThe banner image at the top of outgoing emails. Referenced using the token ##HEADERMASTHEADIMG##

A preview of each image appears below its URL field as soon as you finish typing. If the image does not appear, confirm the URL is publicly accessible.

note

If you paste a URL, it must point to a publicly hosted image. Images behind a login or firewall will not display in emails or the app.

Brand Colors

The Brand Colors card controls the color scheme applied to the app interface.

FieldDescription
Primary Brand ColorThe main accent color used in the app header and key UI elements. Enter as a hex value such as #1A73E8
Schedule Background ColorThe background color of the Schedule page. Enter as a hex value such as #F0F4F8

Click the color swatch next to each field to open the color picker, or type a hex value directly.

How your logo and color look on the online quote

The full-page online quote shows your logo on a band in your Primary Brand Color (MaidCentral blue when none is set), and its buttons, steps and selected options use the same color. It uses Logo (Light Text) when you have one; otherwise it uses your company logo.

tip

If your logo has dark text, upload a Logo (Light Text) version. A dark logo can be hard to read on the colored band.

The Footer Information card lets you add a rich-text footer that appears at the bottom of outgoing customer emails.

FieldDescription
Footer AboutA formatted block of text shown in the email footer. Supports bold, italic, links, and lists. Maximum 4,000 characters

Use the formatting toolbar to add headings, links, or bullet points. This is a good place to include your company's tagline, business hours, or contact details.

Contacts & Template Fields

The Contacts & Template Fields card holds your company name, customer-facing phone numbers and email addresses, and website. These can be different from your internal branch contact details. Templates show each value through the token in the table: when a message is sent, the token is replaced with what you saved here.

FieldTokenDescription
Company Full Name##SVCCONAME##Your company's full legal or display name
Support Phone##SVCCOPHONE##General support or main office phone number
Support Email##SVCCOEMAIL##General support or main office email address
Sales Phone##SVCCOPHONESALES##Phone number for your sales team
Sales Email##SVCCOEMAILSALES##Email address for your sales team
Website URL##SVCCOPUBLICURL##Your public website address
External Quoting URL##LINKMAIDSERVICEQUOTE##The URL where customers can view and accept online quotes

Social Media Profiles

The Social Media Profiles card stores the URLs for your company's social media pages. Templates can link to them with the tokens listed. Not every message fills these tokens in; see Review and social links for which ones do.

FieldTokenDescription
Facebook##LINKFACEBOOK##Your Facebook business page URL
Instagram##LINKINSTAGRAM##Your Instagram profile URL
Yelp##LINKYELP##Your Yelp business listing URL
Google Business##LINKGOOGLEBUSINESS##Your Google Business profile URL
Angie's List##LINKANGIESLIST##Your Angie's List profile URL

Leave any field blank if your company does not use that platform. Tokens for empty fields will be replaced with nothing when emails are sent.

Email Template

The default wrapper template for all outgoing emails isn't set on this page. Set it under Settings → Company Settings → Templates & Emailing → Email Settings → Default Wrapper Template. That screen is part of Logos & Branding, so it is available only when Logos & Branding is turned on for your company.

Login Page Branding

The Login Page Branding card controls the visual appearance of the login screen that your team sees when they access MaidCentral Pulse. These settings apply at the organization level and affect all branches.

FieldDescription
Login Logo (Dark Text)Logo with dark-colored text, displayed on the login page on light backgrounds
Login Logo (Light Text)Logo with white or light-colored text, displayed on the login page on dark backgrounds
Login Left ImageBackground or hero image displayed on the left panel of the login screen. Upload an image or paste a URL
Primary Brand ColorPrimary accent color for login page buttons and highlights
Secondary Brand ColorSecondary accent color for the login page
Login Gradient StartStarting color for the gradient applied to the login page background
Login Gradient EndEnding color for the gradient
Marketing AboutShort description of your company displayed on the login screen. Maximum 500 characters

Click the color swatch next to each color field to open the picker, or type a hex value directly.

How to Save Changes

  1. Make your changes in any card.
  2. A Save Changes button appears at the bottom of the page when you have unsaved edits.
  3. Click Save Changes to apply.
  4. A success message confirms the save. Click Reset to discard unsaved changes.

Tips

  • Upload images directly or use a stable public URL. If a pasted logo URL goes down, the image disappears in all emails and the app header. Uploading avoids this; if you paste a URL, use a stable hosting service, not a temporary file share.
  • Use separate light and dark logos. Pulse supports dark mode. Without a dark version, the same logo is used everywhere, which can look washed out or invisible on dark backgrounds.
  • Test email tokens before sending real messages. Create a test email template that uses ##SVCCONAME## and other tokens, then preview it to confirm the values render correctly.
  • Keep the Footer About text short. Long footer blocks make emails look cluttered. A short tagline, phone number, and social links are enough.
  • Social media tokens require a URL. Tokens like ##LINKFACEBOOK## only produce a working link if you fill in the Facebook URL here. Blank fields produce empty output, not an error.
  • Login Page Branding is org-wide. Changes here affect every branch under your organization. Confirm with your team before changing the login logo or colors.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to Check
Logo image is not showing in the appVerify the URL is publicly accessible and starts with https://. Test by pasting it into a browser
Logo preview does not appear after entering a URLFinish typing and pause — the preview updates after a short delay. If it still does not appear, the URL may be invalid or the image may be blocked
Email tokens are not being replacedCheck that the token is spelled as in Contacts & Template Fields and that the matching field is filled in. Blank fields produce blank output
Brand colors are not updating in the appSave Changes, then refresh the page. Some color values are cached and require a reload
Login page looks different from expectedLogin Page Branding applies at the organization level. Confirm you are editing the correct branch group
