Addresses
The Addresses section is where you store your company's mailing and physical addresses. If your company operates from more than one location, you can also manage satellite offices here.
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Addresses to open this section.

Company Address
The Address tab opens first and holds your main business address, in the Company Address card. If your company has more than one branch, the tab and card are labeled Organization instead, and hold the address for your whole organization.
Why is my Company Address already filled in?
If your company has one location and no company address has been entered yet, the card shows the address from the Physical tab. Saving this page for another reason leaves it that way. To use a different company address, enter it on the Address tab and click Save Changes; your Mailing and Physical addresses stay as they are. MaidCentral V2 leaves the organization's address blank instead. (Pulse reference D-46)
Mailing Address
The Mailing Address is the address used for receiving mail and correspondence — for example, a P.O. box or a home office address.
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Street Address | Yes | The street number and name |
| City | Yes | The city name |
| State | Yes | Two-letter state abbreviation (e.g., PA) |
| Zip Code | Yes | Five-digit ZIP code |
Physical Address
The Physical Address is the actual location of your business. This is the address shown to customers who need to find your office.
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Street Address | Yes | The street number and name |
| City | Yes | The city name |
| State | Yes | Two-letter state abbreviation (e.g., PA) |
| Zip Code | Yes | Five-digit ZIP code |
If your Physical Address is in Canada, these fields label and validate for Canada automatically: State becomes Province, and Zip Code becomes Postal Code and accepts a Canadian postal code (for example, A1A 1A1).
How to Save Address Changes
- Update the fields in the Mailing Address or Physical Address card.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- A confirmation message appears when the save is complete.
- Click Reset to discard any unsaved changes.
Satellite Offices
Satellite Offices is an optional feature. If you do not see the Satellite Offices section, ask your MaidCentral administrator to enable it under Settings → Integrations & System → Pulse Features.
The Satellite Offices section lets you track additional office locations beyond your main branch. Each satellite office stores a name and a full address.
Add a Satellite Office
- Click Add Office in the top-right corner of the Satellite Offices card.
- Enter the Office Name (required). Use a descriptive name, such as "Downtown Office" or "Warehouse".
- Enter the Street Address (required).
- Optionally, enter an Address Line 2 for suite or unit numbers.
- Enter the City, State, Zip Code, and Country.
- Click Add Office to save.
The new office appears in the list immediately.
Edit a Satellite Office
- Find the office in the list.
- Click the pencil icon on the right side of the office row.
- Update any fields in the edit dialog.
- Click Save Changes.
Delete a Satellite Office
- Find the office in the list.
- Click the trash icon on the right side of the office row.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete Office to confirm.
Deleting a satellite office is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm you no longer need the record before deleting.
Tips
- Keep your physical address current. Some customer-facing communications use your physical address as a reference point for service area mapping.
- Use your mailing address for PO boxes. If you receive billing and business mail at a different address, enter that separately as the Mailing Address.
- Name satellite offices clearly. Use names that your team will recognize, such as a neighborhood, city area, or building name. Avoid generic names like "Office 2".
- Satellite Offices and branches are different things. Satellite offices are informational location records. They are not the same as service branches, which are configured separately.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Check |
|---|---|
| Satellite Offices section is not visible | The feature may be disabled. Ask your administrator to enable Satellite Offices under Pulse Features |
| Save Changes button is not appearing | Make sure you have actually edited a field. The button only appears when there are unsaved changes |
| State field shows an error | Enter a two-letter abbreviation (e.g., PA for Pennsylvania, TX for Texas). Full state names are not accepted. For a Canadian Physical Address, this field is labeled Province instead |
| Zip code field shows an error | Enter a five-digit zip code with no spaces or dashes. For a Canadian Physical Address, this field is labeled Postal Code and accepts the Canadian format instead |
| Cannot delete a satellite office | The Sales role can view, add, and edit offices, but cannot delete them. Ask an Administrator, Office, HR Admin, or Payroll Admin to delete the record |
