Job Summary Drawer
The Job Summary Drawer is a compact panel that opens alongside the schedule to give you a quick look at a job's most important details. It shows the address, time, service type, rate, and assigned team — all without leaving the schedule view. From the drawer, you can take common actions like logging a schedule change, creating a contact ticket, or jumping to the full job editor.

What the Drawer Shows
The Job Summary Drawer is organized into four sections.
Header
The top of the drawer shows the customer name. Status badges appear below the name when applicable:

|---|---|
| Recurring | The job is part of a recurring service schedule |
| Deep Clean | The job is a deep-clean service type |
| High Priority | The job is marked as high priority |
Job Details
The main section shows:
- Address — The service location for this job
- Schedule — The date, time, and duration (e.g., "Mon, Apr 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM · Duration: 2.5 hours")
- Service — The service set name or service type, and the bill rate in dollars
- Team — The name of the assigned team and the lead technician
If the job has instructions on file, they appear in a highlighted box below the other details.
Customer Contact
This section shows the customer's contact information on file:
- Phone — Tap or click to call directly
- Email — Tap or click to open a new email
- Satisfaction — The customer's satisfaction rating out of 5, shown with a color-coded indicator (green = high, yellow = moderate, red = low)
If no customer data is linked to the job, this section does not appear.

Six action buttons appear in a two-column grid:

Tips
- Use the summary drawer for quick checks. If you only need to verify the address, rate, or team assignment, the summary drawer is faster than opening the full editor.
- Call or email from the drawer. Tapping the phone number or email address opens your device's default dialer or email app directly — no need to copy and paste.
- Score Cards are visible here. If you need to quickly check whether a quality review has been completed for a job, open the summary and tap Score Cards.
- Full Details is always available. If the summary does not show what you need, tap Full Details to open the complete job editor without losing context.
Troubleshooting
The Customer Contact section is not visible
The contact section only appears when customer contact information is linked to the job. If the section is missing, the customer record may not have a phone or email on file. Open the customer record to review and update contact details.
The satisfaction rating is not showing
Satisfaction ratings appear only after the customer has submitted feedback for a completed job. If no rating has been received, the satisfaction section is not shown.
Quick Action buttons are not responding
Some quick actions require additional features to be enabled for your company (such as Score Cards or Rate Mods). If a button does not open anything, contact your administrator to confirm the related feature is enabled.
I cannot find the Job Summary Drawer
The Job Summary Drawer may need to be enabled for your company. Contact your administrator if you are unable to access it.
