Daily Notifications Report

The Daily Notifications report shows every customer notification going out today, grouped by job so a job that sends on multiple channels reads as one entry instead of a scattered list.

Overview

Notifications can go out over more than one channel for the same job — for example, an email and a text reminder for the same visit. Previously, each channel showed up as its own row, making it hard to tell at a glance whether a job's notifications had already gone out. The report now groups by job first, with each channel shown underneath.

Key Features

  • Grouped by job. Every notification for a job is collected under a single group row instead of being split across separate rows.
  • Channel chips. Each channel (email, phone, mobile/SMS) appears as its own chip within the group, so you can see exactly which channels are queued or sent for that job.
  • Send-state at a glance. A chip that hasn't gone out yet is visibly marked as not yet sent, so you can tell what's still pending without opening the row.
  • Notify all channels. Resend an updated Schedule Change notice to the job's email addresses and phone numbers from its group row.

How to Use It

  1. Open Reports → Daily Notifications.
  2. Review the list of jobs with notifications scheduled for today.
  3. Expand a job's group to see the individual channels and their send status.
  4. Click Notify all channels on a group row to resend the job's updated notice, or act on an individual channel chip if you only need to resend one.

Why does a resend send fewer messages than selected records?

Notify all channels and Resend N Sent send one Schedule Change notice per job and email address or phone number. Duplicate records at the same address share that message, including older phone records with different channel labels. The same address on another job receives a separate notice. The confirmation's selected-record count can exceed the number of messages queued; the success message counts the actual messages queued. (Pulse reference D-81)

Tips and Best Practices

  • Check this report before end of day to confirm nothing that should have gone out is still sitting unsent.
  • Use Notify all channels for updates — let scheduled reminders run on their own, and resend when the customer needs the job's updated information.
