Report Library and Detail Views
The report library is designed for fast scanning. You can search reports, switch card or table mode, open category-grouped entries, and move into detail pages that render KPIs and visualizations from API metadata.
Who Can Access This

Use the main Reports tab
From the Reports page, you will see three tabs:
- Core KPIs
- KPI Widgets
- Reports (default)
The URL stores tab state, so shared links can reopen to the same context.
Search and browse report categories
In the Reports tab:
- Use Search reports... to filter by report title, description, or category name.
- Review grouped sections by category (for example, financial or operations-focused groups).
- Select any row to open a dedicated report route or generic report detail page.
The browser highlights source type and supports data-warehouse indicators when reports are not purely real-time.
Switch between cards and table mode
Use the view toggle in the toolbar:
- Cards mode is better for discovery and reading descriptions.
- Table mode is better for sorting and scanning many report entries quickly.
Both modes use the same filtered dataset, so search text carries across view changes.
Open a report detail page
Reports that use the standard layout open in a report detail page.
What loads on this page:
- Category icon and context header
- KPI summary cards (collapsible and persisted)
- Date range selector
- Visualization blocks from API configuration
- Mobile chart viewer and mobile filter controls
If a report has no chart configuration yet, the page shows a safe empty-state message instead of a broken panel.
Use export and share actions
Detail pages show export and share actions in the toolbar:
- Desktop: direct buttons
- Mobile: compact actions menu
Report-specific pages can also expose their own CSV/export flows. Export options depend on each report implementation.
Understand routing behavior
Catalog rows can target two outcomes:
- A specialized page (for example, the Revenue report)
- A standard report detail page when the report has no specialized page
Troubleshooting
Search says no matching reports
Clear the search box and confirm the report still exists in catalog data. A filter typo on category terms can hide results.
I click a report and land on a redirect
That report may not be turned on for your company. If it is not available, you are sent back to the Reports page.
The detail page opens but has no charts
The catalog item may not yet include configured visualizations, or the report is intentionally metadata-only.
