Analytics Suite and Specialized Reports
Beyond the main report library, MaidCentral Pulse includes route-specific report pages built for operational decisions. These pages use deeper filters, trend analysis, and drill-down workflows that go beyond a static chart view.
Who Can Access This
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Administrator | View and create |
| Office | View and create |
| Sales | View and create |
| HR Admin | View and create |
| Payroll Admin | View and create |
Some pages and figures are limited by role:
- Revenue Production Planning and Kiosk Dashboard are available to Administrator and Sales only.
- Week in Review needs the Payroll Admin add-on.
- Profitability Analysis compares revenue with labor cost, so it is available to Administrators only. Other roles do not see it on the analytics landing page.
Some specialized pages are only available when they are turned on for your company, in addition to your role's access. For example, Sales KPI and the Dispatch tab can be off for your company.
Revenue report workflow
This page supports:
- Date range and granularity controls (day/week/month/quarter/year)
- Status-based filtering (for closed, pending, cancelled, and related states)
- Table and chart modes
- Pivot and expandable table variants
- Revenue distribution and trend charts
- Drill-down to job-level drawers
Use this report when leadership needs period-over-period revenue analysis with job context.
Employee stats workflow
This report focuses on labor performance:
- Attendance and unexcused-day thresholds
- Efficiency and revenue by employee
- NPT Factor and NPT Diff — how each employee's actual non-productive time (drive time, prep, office time) compared with what their schedule planned
- PTO and sick accrual summaries
- Scorecard ratings
- Optional productivity breakdowns
- Export to CSV or Excel — a column you hide is left out of the file, and so are rows removed by a column filter
- In the exported file, NPT Diff is written as signed decimal hours to two places (for example
7.60or-0.65), orN/Awhen an employee has no score, so you can total it in a spreadsheet. On screen it still shows hours and minutes
Hover any column header for a tooltip explaining what the column measures, how it's calculated, and where the numbers come from.
Two modal drill-down paths are available: NPT factor detail and service-type productivity detail. The NPT detail modal breaks a period down by day and includes a totals row, plus per-column filtering and sorting so you can narrow to the days that moved the number.
Sales KPI workflow
This page is designed for sales pipeline performance:
- High-level KPIs (lead volume, quote totals, conversion, revenue)
- Trend and breakdown visualizations
- Sales-rep and lead-source tabs
- Drill-down activity dialogs
- Multi-filter controls (date, rep, source, scope group, status, creator)
Use this page during weekly sales meetings to identify funnel bottlenecks and rep-level opportunity flow.
Analytics Suite workflows
From the analytics landing page, users can open:
- Revenue Analysis
- Profitability Analysis
- Operations Analysis
These pages share a common pattern:
- Analytics filter bar with date, granularity, grouping, comparison, and status filters
- KPI card strip with persistent collapse state
- Chart or table view toggle
- Refresh action for current filter state
If the analytics source is unavailable, each page shows a clear setup state instead of rendering empty charts.
Dispatch board workflow
Open the Dispatch view from the Dispatch tab on the Schedule page.
The Dispatch tab shows every scheduled job for the date range as a filterable grid — date, time, customer, address, zone, team, tags, and more — with KPI summary cards above it. Results are cached for a few minutes, so there's no manual refresh button; the grid catches up automatically the next time you return to the tab or change a filter.
If your company has team productivity reporting turned on, the grid also shows Team Productivity, Norm. Act. Hrs and Alwd - Norm. Act. columns next to Est. Hrs, Act. Hrs and Variance. Team Productivity is how fast the assigned team worked compared to a standard team; Norm. Act. Hrs adjusts the actual hours for that team's productivity, so a fast or slow team doesn't skew the comparison with allowed hours; Alwd - Norm. Act. shows the difference, in red when allowed hours look too low even after adjusting for the team. Hover any of these column headers for the full explanation. See What do Team Productivity and normalized hours mean? for the same metrics on the Service Set Pricing report.
Click Home Keys in the toolbar to open a drawer listing every job in your current filtered view that has a key on file — job date, customer, team, and key number. A job only appears here if its property carries the Home Key tag; a key number alone (with no tag) doesn't count, so the list matches what your team can actually confirm they hold. The grid has the same information in its Home Key column.
Each row in the Home Keys drawer has a tick box you can use to mark keys you've pulled. The tick is saved on the job, so everyone in your office sees it on any computer, and it stays until someone unticks it. If another dispatcher is ticking keys at the same time, close and reopen the drawer to see their latest ticks.
Print or export a list of home keys
The Home Keys drawer can't be printed or exported. To get a list you can print, export the Dispatch grid instead:
- On the Dispatch tab, set the date range you need.
- Click Export in the toolbar, then choose CSV or Excel.
- Open the file and sort or filter the Home Key column. It shows the key number, or "Yes" when the property has the Home Key tag but no number. It is blank for properties without the tag.
- Print from your spreadsheet program.
The export includes every job that matches the Dispatch date range and filters, with or without a key. The grid's search box and column filters don't narrow it, so filter the Home Key column in your spreadsheet. The file has no Team column.
Other feature-gated report routes
The Reports module also includes specialized pages that depend on what is turned on for your company and on your role:
- Scorecard results report
- Revenue production planning report (Administrator and Sales only)
- Cancelled customers report
- Kiosk dashboard report (Administrator and Sales only)
- Master schedule and schedule-efficiency-map APIs
If a report is not available for your company, you are sent back to the Reports page.
Recommended operating rhythm
- Use Revenue and Profitability for financial weekly review.
- Use Operations and Dispatch for staffing and efficiency tuning.
- Use Sales KPI for funnel health and source strategy.
- Use Employee Stats for coaching and performance follow-up.
- Export views after filters are finalized to keep meetings aligned to one dataset.
Troubleshooting
Revenue or analytics pages show a configuration warning
The reporting data is not available right now. Contact support.
I can open Reports but not Sales KPI or Dispatch Board
That report may not be turned on for your company, or your role may not have access to it.
A job I know has a key doesn't show up in Home Keys
The Home Keys drawer only lists jobs whose property carries the Home Key tag. Add the tag to the property, or confirm the key number was recorded correctly, then reopen the drawer.
Export is visible but not returning expected rows
Review active filters (date range, status, team, or scope group). Most exports run against the currently filtered result set.
