Franchise Report
The Franchise Report is a weekly submission for Maid Brigade franchise locations, available from the Payroll section for tenants with franchise reporting enabled.
Overview
Each week, a franchise location fills out and submits a report covering sales, labor, marketing activity, and financial details for the corporate office. The report's inputs are sourced from the same underlying tables the previous (V2) system used, so the numbers you see here match what V2 reported for the same week.
Accessing the Franchise Report
- Click Payroll in the main navigation.
- Select the Franchise Report tab.
This tab only appears for tenants with franchise reporting enabled, and only for Administrators, because the report includes payroll totals.
Key Features
The report is organized into sections:
- Sales — units sold, fees, and average charge for the week.
- Labor & Production — wages and daily staffing figures.
- Marketing Information — marketing activity for the week.
- Miscellaneous — additional figures not covered elsewhere in the report.
- Electronic Funds Transfer — EFT details for the week.
- Scope Group — scope-group-level figures.
- Fee Table — the fee table applicable for the reporting period.
How to Submit the Franchise Report
- Open Payroll → Franchise Report.
- Review each section — Sales, Labor & Production, Marketing Information, Miscellaneous, Electronic Funds Transfer, Scope Group, and Fee Table.
- Confirm the figures match your week's activity.
- Click Submit to send the report.
Tips and Best Practices
- Review before submitting. Since the figures are sourced automatically from the same data V2 used, a number that looks wrong is worth checking against your job and payroll records for the week before you submit.
- Submit weekly, on a consistent day. Corporate reporting expects a report for every week — submitting on the same day each week keeps you from missing one.
