Your last selected dashboard is saved in your browser. It opens again after refresh.

Pre-built Dashboards

MaidCentral Pulse includes five pre-built dashboards. Switch between them using the dropdown in the toolbar. Each dashboard only appears in the dropdown if it is enabled for your company.

note

If your Office Dashboard opens to the Overview dashboard and the dropdown is disabled — hovering over it shows "More dashboards coming soon" — the pre-built dashboards below are not available for your branch. See Overview Dashboard for what that screen shows.

Complete Widget Showcase

An internal preview dashboard that shows a sample set of widgets in one layout. It only appears in the dropdown when it is enabled for your company, so most companies won't see it. For the full list of widgets, see Dashboard Widget Reference.

Switching Dashboards

  1. Click the dashboard selector dropdown in the toolbar.
  2. Select a pre-built or custom dashboard from the list.
  3. The view updates immediately.

Custom dashboards you create appear in the same selector alongside the pre-built options.

Financial Widgets and Feature Availability

Some capacity and financial widgets are tied to your company's reporting feature settings. If a widget does not appear on a dashboard, it may be disabled in your company's configuration. Contact your administrator to enable the related reporting feature.

Tips

  • Start each morning with Operations Dashboard to review the day's jobs and alerts.
  • Use Sales Dashboard for lead standups and weekly conversion reviews.
  • Use Admin/Owner Dashboard for leadership meetings and target tracking.
  • Build custom dashboards for specific roles — see Build a Custom Dashboard.

Troubleshooting

I do not see custom dashboards in the dropdown

Custom dashboards are loaded from the API. If none appear, you may not have created any yet. Use the Create Dashboard button to build one.

A widget is missing from a dashboard

The widget may be disabled by your company's feature settings. Contact your administrator.

My dashboard changed after logging in on a different device

The selected dashboard is saved in your browser only. It resets to the default on a new browser or after clearing browser storage.
