Purchasing AI Credits
MaidSense AI features use credits for each operation. This guide explains how to purchase and manage your AI credits.
Credit Packs
Choose the pack that best fits your usage:

How to Purchase
- Navigate to Settings > AI Credits
- View your current balance and usage
- Click Buy Credits
- Select a credit pack
- Choose a payment method
- Confirm your purchase
Credits are added immediately after successful payment.
Credit Expiration
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. The system uses your oldest credits first, so purchased credits are consumed before newer ones.
You'll receive notifications when:
- Your balance drops below your low-balance threshold
- Credits are approaching expiration
Viewing Your Balance
Your current credit balance is displayed:
- In the top navigation bar (if AI features are enabled)
- In Settings > AI Credits
- When using AI features
Setting Alerts
Configure low-balance alerts in Settings > AI Credits:
- Set your Low Balance Threshold (e.g., 50 credits)
- Enter your Notification Email
- Click Save
You'll receive an email when your balance drops below the threshold.
FAQ
What happens if I run out of credits? AI features will show an "Insufficient Credits" message. Purchase more credits to continue using AI features.
Can I get a refund on unused credits? Contact support for refund requests. Unused credits can typically be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Do credits transfer between branches? Yes, credits are shared across all branches in your organization.
What's the best value pack? The Business pack ($199.99 for 5,000 credits) offers a good balance of value and flexibility for most companies.
