Franchise Reports

The Reports section of the Franchise Portal is a searchable catalog of every report available across your franchise locations.

note

Individual report tiles roll out gradually. If a report isn't in your catalog yet, check back later or ask your administrator.

Overview

Open Reports from the Franchise Portal sidebar to see the full catalog, grouped by category: Performance, Marketing, Territory, and Operations. Use the Search reports... box to find a specific report by name. The catalog header shows how many reports are available to you.

Click a report tile to open it. Each report runs across all your franchise locations by default, rather than a single company.

Weekly Submissions

Open Weekly Submissions from the Reports catalog (or sidebar, where it's enabled) to see every location's weekly report filing status in one place. It has two tabs:

  • Filings — switch Group by between Location (one row per location per week, with a filing status of Sent, Send Failed, Submitted, or Missing, plus units, fees, cleaning wages, and marketing figures) and Week (one rolled-up row per week, totaling how many locations submitted, are missing, sent, or failed, across the whole network).
  • Marketing — each location's marketing-source figures for the period: cost, inquiries, booked, and converted.

Use Group by Week to spot a week where several locations haven't filed yet; use Group by Location to drill into one location's history.

Lead Lifecycle Filters

The Lead Lifecycle report tracks leads from first contact through conversion, across every location. It includes:

  • Status — filter by lead stage
  • Location — narrow the report to one or more locations
  • Lead Source — filter by where the lead came from
  • Date range — defaults to all dates; set a custom range as needed

Click More filters to reveal additional filters, shown as removable chips once applied.

When a Report Can't Load

If a report's data can't load, you'll see one of these messages instead of a blank report:

  • "Analytics temporarily unavailable" — a brief data issue. Click Try again, or wait a few minutes and reload.
  • "Analytics not configured" — your environment isn't fully set up for analytics yet. Contact your administrator.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Use the location filter on any report to spot-check a single location without leaving the franchise-wide view.
  • Bookmark reports you check often — report URLs stay stable as long as your filters are saved in the link.
