Franchise Performance Report
The Franchise Performance report is a single, multi-mode report for franchise owners and host administrators. It rolls up leads, sales, revenue, operations, labor, and quality metrics across every location a franchise session is authorized to see, and it is the home for the new Growth & Forecast funnel view.
Who Can Access This
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Super Administrator | Full access |
| Host Administrator | Full access |
Access also requires permission to view reports. The report is controlled by a single feature, Franchise Performance Report — enabling it exposes every report mode described below, not just one.
Where to Find It
From the Franchise Portal sidebar, open Reports and select Franchise Performance. This menu entry is new — the report previously existed only as a direct URL (/franchise/reports/performance); it is now linked from the Reports menu so it's discoverable without knowing the link.
Report Modes
Use the mode switcher in the toolbar to move between six views of the same underlying data:
| Mode | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Growth (Growth & Forecast) | Lead-to-sale funnel, one-time-to-recurring conversion, and a recurring revenue run-rate forecast |
| KPI (KPI Rollup) | One row per location with revenue, operations, labor, and quality totals for the selected period |
| Trend (KPI Trend) | The same KPI metrics broken out by day, week, month, quarter, or year |
| Ops (Dispatch Rollup) | Job counts by status (scheduled, closed, skipped, cancelled, bumped, moved) per location |
| Ops Trend (Dispatch Trend) | Dispatch metrics over time |
| Detail (Dispatch Day Detail) | Job-level detail for a single location and date, reached by clicking a row in Ops or Ops Trend |
Click any row in Ops or Ops Trend to drill into Detail for that location and date. Use the Back button in the toolbar to return to the view you drilled in from.

Growth & Forecast
The Growth mode is a lead-to-sale funnel plus a one-time-to-recurring conversion view, both new to this report.
Lead-to-Sale Funnel
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Leads | Distinct customer quotes created in the period |
| Opportunities / Opportunity Rate | Leads that reached at least one quote option, and that count as a share of leads |
| Estimates Sent / Estimate Sent Rate | Leads with at least one quote option emailed to the customer, and that count as a share of leads |
| Sales / Sale Rate | Leads that became a booked sale, and that count as a share of leads |
| Recurring Sales / One-Time Sales | Booked leads split by the frequency the customer selected |
One-Time to Recurring
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Mature One-Time Homes | First-time one-time customer/home cohorts old enough (90+ days) to judge whether they converted, excluding customers with earlier recurring service |
| Recurring Conversions | Mature one-time homes that booked recurring service for the same home within 90 days |
| One-Time to Recurring | Recurring conversions divided by mature eligible homes |
Forecast
Monthly Recurring Run Rate expresses the period-end weekly recurring revenue baseline as a monthly figure (weekly recurring revenue × 52 ÷ 12). This is a run-rate baseline for comparing the durable service base against monthly goals — it is not recognized revenue and not a budget forecast.
Not every location emails estimates. When you're viewing Growth mode, a banner above the table states how many of your locations are included in the Estimates Sent and Estimate Sent Rate metrics. A location counts as included when at least 80% of its booked leads that reached a quote option also have an emailed one, measured over the trailing year. Locations that don't qualify show a dash (—) for these two metrics and are excluded from the total rather than counted as zero. Every other metric on the report covers all of your locations.
Every metric definition — including the exact formula and how it compares to the legacy V2 report — is available from the Glossary button in the toolbar.
Saved Views
Save a combination of mode, date range, filters, and visible columns as a named view using the Views control in the toolbar. Load a saved view later to return to the same setup, or use Search views... to find one by name.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Franchise Performance" doesn't appear in the Reports menu | The report is gated by an organization-level feature key that your Host administrator must enable for your franchise. Contact your administrator. |
| Estimates Sent shows a dash for a location | That location doesn't meet the 80% emailed-estimate coverage threshold and is excluded from the Estimates Sent metrics. This is expected, not an error. |
| A metric I expect isn't visible | Check the Columns panel for the active mode, and confirm the correct Job Scope, Revenue Basis, and Franchise Levels filters are selected in Report Settings. |
