Open Schedule > Calendar and look for company events shown alongside jobs. Use the new Hide Events and Event Tags filters in the filter drawer to narrow down what's shown.

Open any lead's page, or check the Leads grid, to see how that lead came in. The same source now appears on the lead lifecycle report.

Send yourself a quote link and open it — the quote now has a cleaner card layout, a sticky action bar as you scroll, and numbered steps. Customers can also select more than one service on a single quote.

Open Dashboard and look at the Teams card — each team now shows how much it's earned today and a utilization bar for booked vs. usable hours.

Open a technician's profile and check the Default Schedule tab — a default team change can now be backdated in one step instead of fixing each day on Schedule > Attendance.

Open Invoicing > Daily Invoicing — any customer with invoice-notification contacts and an email on file now has Send ticked automatically, no matter their billing terms. Untick it if you don't want that customer emailed.

While quoting, check the estimate — it now shows the job's exact scheduled hours (like 2h 21m) instead of always rounding up to the next quarter hour.

Website Lead Form & Online Quoting: A ready-made, embeddable lead form and a built-in online quoting and booking tool are now available for every company, matching MaidCentral V2. Customers can submit a lead from your website, or get a price, pick add-ons, and book a cleaning (including paying by ACH) for any service you've opened to online booking. Set up and get embed codes at Settings > Quoting & Scopes > Form Builder. Existing MaidCentral V2 lead-form and online-quote links keep working.

Enhancements

Dashboard: Team Revenue & Utilization Today: The Dashboard Overview's Teams card now shows each team's revenue earned today and a utilization bar for booked vs. usable hours, plus fee and zone detail on job tooltips.

Technician Default Team Backdating: Admins can now backdate a technician's default team change from the profile's Default Schedule tab instead of redoing each day one at a time on Schedule > Attendance.

Exact Scheduled Hours on the Estimate: The estimate now shows a job's exact scheduled hours instead of always rounding up to the nearest quarter hour. Scheduling slots still round up to the quarter hour, as before.

Settings & Host Tenants Show Tenant/Branch ID: Settings > General and the host Tenants portal now show read-only Tenant ID and Branch ID fields, so support and multi-branch admins can confirm which company or branch is loaded.

Paystri Branch Labeling: For companies that take payments through Paystri (CardConnect), the payment settings card now names the branch its credentials apply to, with a warning that credentials are branch-specific.

Cutover Import: Timesheets: Companies going live on Pulse can now import timesheets from their cutover workbook during setup, not just customers and jobs.

Cutover Pay History Stays Separate: Pay history imported during a company's cutover now locks as its own, non-editable payroll period, so Pulse payroll can't re-pay hours that were already paid before the switch.

Bug Fixes

Quoting

Reopening a saved quote after a page refresh no longer reverts room counts to what they were before the last save.

A multi-scope quote now saves each scope's own room minutes instead of copying the first scope's, which had been zeroing out room fees for rooms only a later scope listed.

Quick Action no longer shows or sends room-count data when scheduling an existing service that doesn't use it.

Re-saving an unbooked quote no longer sets its Job Rate as if it were booked, so Sales Pipeline totals only count work that's actually booked.

Percent-based extras (like a Deep Clean Add-On) now have a quantity stepper and support negative quantities, matching MaidCentral V2, instead of being stuck at quantity 1.

Reopening a quote no longer overwrites Special Instructions and similar answers that were edited directly in MaidCentral V2.

Re-saving a quote whose only phone is a Home Phone no longer adds a duplicate Cell Phone row with the same number.

Booking an already-booked quote again (for example from a stale browser tab) is now blocked with a clear message instead of creating a second booking.

Booking a saved quote now updates that saved pricing in place instead of always creating a brand-new quote version.

The Square Feet dropdown on a By-Square-Foot scope now shows only that scope's own bands, and a band with a fractional top end now prices and saves on the correct whole square footage.

Square footage, date, time and date-time quote questions now price and display the same way MaidCentral V2 does, with standard pickers instead of a dropdown of pre-set ranges.

A scope with a room at two or more units, or with a room left out entirely, now stores and books the correct per-room minutes.

A priced numeric question is no longer mistaken for the Square Feet question on the estimate, which had been hiding it and corrupting the Sq Ft dropdown.

"Save Lead Only" now keeps the scopes of work picked on the Profile tab instead of showing none selected on reopen.

Reopening a saved quote with a manual hourly-rate override, and booking it without changing pricing, now books the saved price, hours and add-ons instead of re-pricing it.

Reopening a saved quote with two or more scopes now keeps them in their original order, instead of risking an incorrect square-footage band and an overwritten home size.

Reopening a saved quote with multiple saved versions now shows that version's own bedroom, bathroom and home-size details.

A Home Name typed on a quote now actually saves and carries through to booking and the customer's Homes list, instead of silently reverting to a default name.

Re-submitting the first step of a quote form for an existing lead no longer writes a duplicate "Lead Created" note, and Quote Summary's View Details no longer opens a blank page.

Scheduling

Escalation handling and bulk schedule changes no longer fail every time with an error.

The Availability Planning calendar now shows full or overbooked days in red instead of grey, across the tab layout, mini-grid and day drawer.

Adding, editing or deleting a fee on a pending job in a branch other than your active one now uses the job's real team size instead of defaulting to one, and the Dispatch Board and Master Schedule now refresh immediately after.

Modify Schedule no longer half-applies a change when a future pending job has an attachment, inspection, credit-card error or customer response attached — it now runs as one all-or-nothing change, and names which jobs it keeps when they have clock, timesheet or invoice records.

Switching branches no longer leaves requests tagged with the branch you just left, and a page reload no longer snaps back to the old branch.

Modify Schedule now keeps a job's exact scheduled hours — matching MaidCentral V2's calculation — instead of rebuilding them from a rounded display value that could drift by a few minutes.

Modify Schedule opened from a quote now opens on Master Schedule for weekly services, where booking actually happens, and "Save Quote & Book" no longer stays clickable with no time slot picked.

After a job is booked, other quotes' "First Available" and scheduling suggestions no longer keep offering the team or time slot that was just taken.

Scheduling suggestions no longer offer a time slot that overlaps an already-booked job's real booked window.

Dispatch board links now open on the day they link to, instead of a stored filter overriding the date.

A newly added branch's default scope of work now starts with the correct efficiency, payroll load and scope group, instead of zeroed-out defaults.

The welcome wizard is now tracked per user instead of per branch, so finishing it on one branch no longer forces you through it again on another.

Closing an unedited job drawer from the schedule's Route tab no longer wrongly asks to discard unsaved changes.

Mobile Route now shows unscheduled jobs the same way desktop Route does.

Map controls on the schedule's mobile map are now properly sized for touch.

The Teams list no longer repeats or skips teams when paging past the first 100.

Login is faster — a settings read it depended on no longer scans every tenant's and user's rows on every login.

QuickBooks & Accounting

QuickBooks link checks no longer report an inactive customer as "not found."

"Link to QuickBooks" search no longer silently shows "No matching customers found" when QuickBooks can't be reached — it now shows an error with a retry.

Credit memos now sync to QuickBooks correctly for QuickBooks-connected companies; they previously never synced.

Editing an already-synced invoice on a QuickBooks-connected company now queues the resync correctly instead of getting stuck unpayable; a line edit on an already-synced invoice is now rejected to avoid a silent QuickBooks overwrite.

A QuickBooks invoice or tip sync occasionally lost its local record after QuickBooks had already accepted the change, sometimes creating a duplicate invoice — it's now retried correctly.

Fixed several QuickBooks invoice-sync timing issues (concurrent edits, voids, credit applies and payment applications) that could lose a write-back or create a duplicate invoice.

Clearing a QuickBooks account mapping (Default Income, Tip, Refund or Bank account) by choosing "None" now actually clears it.

Daily Invoicing's QuickBooks-link warnings no longer flag scopes or rate modifications that don't need their own QuickBooks item as broken links.

Payroll & Invoicing

The payroll close wizard's "Uninvoiced Jobs" step and the "Pending Jobs Not Invoiced" modal now open Daily Invoicing on the right job instead of a dead button.

Payroll History's "Payroll" total and Payroll % now include bonuses, additional pay, supplemental pay, overtime and PTO, matching MaidCentral V2.

"Update Job Date" in the Payroll Timesheet Issues close wizard now moves the job and clears the flag instead of returning an error.

Invoice PDFs and drawers now correctly label the card-fee-inclusive total as the amount charged and include the card fee in the amount paid, so the invoice adds up.

A job's invoice detail now lists every saved card instead of showing "No payment methods on file" for customers with more than one saved.

Saving a job tip no longer occasionally fails with an error when two saves happen close together; overlapping saves now get a clear conflict message, and the office Table view tip editor no longer needs the Invoice Tips setting turned on.

Payroll Validations and the Payroll Summary report no longer briefly show stale data right after a reload.

Users with access to more than one branch can now add and delete rate adjustments on jobs in those other branches instead of getting an error.

Customer Portal & Leads

The customer portal now shows a visit as in progress or completed based on the technician's actual clock-in and clock-out.

Customers can now edit an existing contact method on the portal's Contacts page instead of having to delete and re-add it.

Adding a property with a missing or invalid zone now shows a clear error, and a new home created from the customer portal is correctly owned by the signed-in customer.

Automations & Messaging

Automation rules no longer occasionally fail to start when another run of the same rule is finishing at the same time.

Emails sent outside the normal send flow, like invoice emails, no longer show placeholder text or a broken unsubscribe link.

The technician lockout email no longer shows a blank date.

Security & Admin Tools

Tightened branch-list access so a signed-in user can no longer see another company's branches.

Assigning a role or direct permission to a technician's linked user account no longer fails when that account has no membership row yet.

The View As Customers search no longer returns an error on every search.

Creating a job for a team that already has mileage data cached for that date no longer returns an error.

Settings

Settings search for an integration like Paystri now opens and scrolls to the right card instead of landing on the General tab.

The duplicate-contact warning on a new lead or quote now names the field that actually matched, instead of always saying "this email or phone."

A lead's Created timestamp now shows in the branch's local time instead of UTC.

The price pop-up no longer shows a confusing "First Job (with rate mods)" line that didn't match the quoted summary.

The estimate now marks Half Baths as required when the scope's question requires it.

The Bulk Edit Scopes drawer now uses the standard drawer width.

Opening a technician's profile with an unrecognized tab now falls back to Overview instead of showing a blank tab.

v0.25.0 requires a billing type on every scope of work, locks down View As sessions, gives companies going live on Pulse a safer onboarding cutover, and brings a wide set of quoting, scheduling, payroll and automation fixes to match MaidCentral V2.

Important Changes

Scopes of Work: Every scope now needs a Billing Type of Fixed or Hourly, as in MaidCentral V2. Scopes that already quote keep quoting, but a scope without a Billing Type cannot save its Pricing & Fees card or have quoting turned on until you choose one under Pricing & Fees, Billing Type.

Quoting: Frequencies that are not turned on for office quoting no longer appear on new quotes, matching the classic system. If a frequency you use is missing, open Settings > Quoting & Scopes > Scopes of Work, open the scope's frequencies, and turn on the Internal toggle for it.

Quoting: On a Square Foot Based scope, a pricing band cell left blank for a frequency no longer uses a default production rate. Homes in that band are now priced at the scope's minimum cost (or the frequency's own minimum) for that frequency, the same as a home that no band covers. If you left cells blank on purpose, enter a rate for every frequency you quote under Settings → Quoting & Scopes → Scopes of Work → Square Footage Pricing Bands.

View As: While viewing Pulse as another user, the branch selector is no longer shown and the viewed user's email address and two-factor setting cannot be changed. During View As, the license agreement prompt no longer appears and can't be accepted on the viewed user's behalf. Separately, changing your own email address on the Profile page now asks for your current password.

Highlights

Billing Type Required on Scopes of Work — Every scope of work now needs a Fixed or Hourly billing type before it can be priced or quoted, matching MaidCentral V2.

View As Locked to the Viewed Company — Viewing Pulse as another user no longer lets you switch branches, change the viewed user's email or two-factor setting, or accept a license agreement on their behalf.

Overbooked Availability Shows How Far Over — The Availability Calendar now shows exactly how far over capacity an overbooked day is, not just that it's overbooked.

Safer Onboarding Cutover — Companies currently being set up on Pulse can delete a completed test import before going live, bring employees in from the setup file, and skip Business Setup in one click when every record already matches.

Built-In Automation Rules Run Reliably — MaidCentral's built-in automation rules now run normally instead of being silently blocked by an unrelated internal rollout control.

Scorecards Fire From Office Timesheet Closes — Closing a job by saving or approving an office timesheet now sends the customer scorecard request, the same as closing it from the technician portal.

Lock Out Job Gets a Notify Customer Toggle — The Lock Out Job drawer now has the same Notify Customer toggle as Skip Job, so you control whether the customer gets an email.

Customer Portal Honors Your On/Off Setting — The customer portal now actually follows your company's portal on/off setting and blocks portal requests when it's off.

Open a scope under Settings > Quoting & Scopes > Scopes of Work > Pricing & Fees. If it doesn't already have a Fixed or Hourly billing type, you'll be asked to pick one before you can save or turn on quoting.

View As

Use View As from the user menu on a teammate's account and notice the branch selector is gone, and their email and two-factor fields are locked while you're viewing as them.

Open Schedule > Availability and look at an overbooked day — it now tells you exactly how far over capacity that day is, not just that it's over.

During setup, open the Import step and try Delete test import — it previews what will be removed, asks you to type the company name to confirm, and shows progress while it cleans up test data before you go live with real data.

Open a job's schedule-change menu and choose Lock Out Job — you'll see the same Notify Customer toggle Skip Job already offers.

Open a customer's record and use View as Customer on the Customer Portal Account card to see the portal exactly the way that customer does.

While quoting, open the estimate's Pricing step — there's now a Discount Code selector, so a code can be applied before booking instead of only after.

Open a contact's Overview page and check the Payment & Billing card — it now has Link to QBO and Add Payment Method actions, so you can look the customer up in QuickBooks or add a card on file without leaving the page.

Delete Test Import: Companies currently being set up on Pulse can remove everything a test import created — customers, homes, service sets, jobs, open invoices, credits, notes and tickets — directly from the Import step, with a typed-confirmation dialog and live progress, before going live with real data.

Setup File Employee Import: The Import step can now bring in employees from the company's setup file, show them on the Apply step, and remove them along with the rest of a deleted test import.

Cutover Import for Open Invoices and Notes & Tickets: Companies going live on Pulse can now import open invoices, credits, notes and tickets from their cutover workbook, not just customers and jobs.

Skip Business Setup: When every record in a setup file already has an exact match, Business Setup can now be skipped in one click instead of reviewing each step by hand.

Customer Portal Reschedule & Cancel: Customers can now reschedule or cancel an upcoming visit directly from their calendar in the Customer Portal.

View as Customer: Staff can now open a customer's Customer Portal Account card and choose View as Customer to see the portal exactly as that customer does.

Discount Code on Estimates: The estimate's Pricing step now has a Discount Code selector, so a code can be applied while quoting instead of waiting until booking.

Enhancements

Overbooked Availability Detail: The Availability Calendar's day cells, mini grid and week strip now show exactly how far over capacity an overbooked day is.

Office Timesheet Scorecard Send: Closing a job by saving or approving an office timesheet now sends the customer scorecard request, matching what already happens when a technician closes the job from the portal.

Lock Out Job Notify Customer Toggle: The Lock Out Job drawer now offers the same Notify Customer toggle as Skip Job, instead of always emailing the customer.

New Scopes Default to Select List Pricing: A scope of work created in Pulse now starts with its square-footage input set to Select List, matching MaidCentral V2.

Settings: Frequencies Card Error Handling: The Frequencies settings card now shows a clear error instead of an empty list when it fails to load, and automatically creates missing frequency rows when the card opens.

Overview Payment & Billing Actions: The contact Overview's Payment & Billing card now has Link to QBO and Add Payment Method actions, so staff can look up a customer in QuickBooks or add a card on file without leaving Overview.

Settings Search Finds Pulse Features: Settings search now finds Pulse Features by name, not just settings pages.

Price Calculation Steps in View: The price calculation pop-up now shows its calculation steps in the foreground instead of needing an extra step to see them.

Onboarding Import Error Visibility: During setup, the Import step now shows every import error directly in the app, previews what clicking Apply will create, and warns when a value is about to change.

Bug Fixes

Automations: Built-in automation rules (the ones MaidCentral ships, not rules you create) now run normally; most had been silently blocked by an internal rollout control unrelated to whether the rule itself was available.

Automations: The Photo and Low Score ticket rules are now on for every branch and can be paused like any other built-in rule, instead of being hardcoded exceptions that couldn't be paused.

Scheduling: Jobs on a technician's next scheduled day no longer show up on today's team route, On The Way list, or the technician's Today card.

Scheduling: Adding or editing a service with a "first visit only" add-on now correctly extends or shortens only the first booked job, including when the add-on time is negative.

Jobs: Add-on time for "every visit" add-ons now adds correctly to rescheduled and recurring jobs' scheduled time.

Messaging: Outbound system messages, like automated replies, no longer appear as if the customer sent them in the Messages view.

Technician Portal: The technician service set screen now shows a dash instead of a blank for home details that aren't on file.

Quoting: Percentage rate adjustments now multiply by quantity correctly, a zero-value pricing question no longer changes the price, and a per-service answer override of zero is now honored — all matching MaidCentral V2.

Quoting: Scope Calculator and quote pricing previews no longer show a price below the scope's effective minimum.

Quoting: A home above the largest square-foot pricing band is now priced at the top band's rate instead of failing to price.

Quoting: Promo codes on a quote can now contain any characters, up to 100 characters, instead of being limited to a narrower set.

Quoting: Pricing questions are now applied in the order they're set up in Settings, not the order they happen to be submitted.

Quoting: Reopening a saved quote now keeps its saved hourly-rate override, frequency list and discount codes instead of losing them; discount codes no longer show up as if they were an add-on.

Quoting: Switching a scope to Square Foot pricing now asks for confirmation first and resets stale frequency multipliers instead of carrying them over.

Quoting: "Do Not Round" no longer treats a stored ending digit as a reason to round, and simplified scopes round interpolated hours to two decimals before applying factors.

Quoting: Multi-select pricing questions now apply each selected answer with its own adjustment type, and a whole-number answer outside every configured range is skipped instead of defaulting to the first range.

Quoting: Quote line costs in Quick Action and the office quoting flow now calculate consistently as hours × rate, with correct rounding.

Settings: Bulk rate modifications now filter by billing term correctly and a rate modification can no longer use another branch's add-on type.

Settings: Scope of work changes — edits, deletes, and linking default questions — now update everywhere they're used immediately instead of needing a page refresh.

Settings: New scope frequencies are now seeded with the same defaults MaidCentral V2 uses, and Reset to Defaults no longer saves a cleared-out override.

Invoicing: A declined card payment now shows a clear, customer-safe message instead of raw technical error text, and a failed pre-authorization no longer starts a second full charge.

Accounting: QuickBooks credit memos are no longer applied automatically when the matching credit can't be confirmed in QuickBooks, preventing a possible double credit.

Payments: A card hold is now kept, not released, when a standalone capture's outcome is unknown, avoiding an uncollected charge.

Payroll: Tips added after payroll closes are now dated into the next open pay period instead of a closed one, and batch invoicing tips route through the same closed-payroll workflow so they're paid once.

Payroll: Closing a pay period is now more reliable — a failed close reports a clear error to the office instead of leaving things unclear, and audit records are no longer duplicated.

Security: Pricing & Fees changes, and quote billing terms, customer sources and question answers, are now restricted to the branches you have access to.

Security: Rate modification reads and writes are now restricted to your assigned branches.

View As: The View As banner now shows the role's display name, and saving your profile no longer re-sends a two-factor code or revokes trusted devices unless your two-factor setting actually changed from off to on.

Leads & Customers: A lead's cross-branch customer source is now kept when booking instead of being dropped, and quick-action and MaidSense-created customers now behave consistently for billing terms, credit card billing and scorecard delivery.

Customer Portal: The portal now actually follows your company's portal on/off setting and blocks portal requests when it's off, instead of staying reachable regardless of the setting.

Customer Portal: The portal now enforces your notification-editing setting and the add-on 24-hour cutoff on changes customers make, and a customer's change now adds the matching office note when "changes create notes" is turned on.

Booking: The Availability tab now counts a job's booked visit and its next visit (including a required follow-up visit) before marking a day as having room, so days no longer look open when they're not.

Booking: Clicking Book twice quickly no longer creates two bookings — a duplicate click now gets a clean "already booked" message instead of a second booking.

Booking: Booking suggestions now rank and show a lead's preferred days and start time, no longer rank open empty days last, and no longer show a confusing "next job" marker on preferred-day checkboxes.

Booking: The Availability grid now makes the selected date obvious and keeps it on screen, a day's full availability breakdown can be opened directly from the Availability tab, availability now explains why a day shows no openings, and "First Available" suggestions sort earliest first.

Scheduling: Modify Schedule no longer fails with an error when a pending job has a one-time extra.

Scheduling: Adding or removing a job-level extra now correctly recomputes the job's scheduled time and window.

Scheduling: Manual Schedule now allows picking dates before a later scope's rotation start date.

Scheduling: Rescheduling a job now keeps its original job instructions instead of losing them, and the reschedule email now sends when Notify Customer is turned on.

Quoting: Required "Before Quoting" questions now actually block Next: Pricing and Save Lead Only until answered, instead of letting you skip past them.

Quoting: A quote's Job Rate is now set only at booking — until then, the quote shows the selected line price instead of an early, incorrect rate.

Quoting: Quick Action's Add Service now renders the square-footage question for the scope you actually picked.

Quoting: Quote saves now write the same quote and home-value details MaidCentral V2 does.

Quoting: Reopening a saved quote no longer puts an extra phone number into the primary Phone field, and now keeps the saved home zone and square footage instead of losing them.

Quoting: A percentage add-on now shows its actual percentage instead of $0 until its base fee is known, and a cleared quote answer or a removed additional contact now actually saves.

Quoting: Configured add-on cost, time and name are now correctly stored on quote rows.

Quoting: The quote Room Master now builds from every scope and books rooms per scope, matching MaidCentral V2.

Quoting: Lead tags set on a quote's Profile tab are now kept instead of being lost.

Quoting: Send Quote no longer creates duplicate quotes, SMS message spacing is fixed, and dead template switches no longer appear.

Settings: A home's Home Key now follows MaidCentral V2 — automatically generated unless Edit Home Key is turned on.

Payments: Surcharge sales tax is now correctly grossed up on Pulse card charges across the customer portal, the office and auto-charge.

Invoicing: The job invoice email PDF now shows the Card Processing Fee line, and batch invoice email PDFs now list line items.

Accounting: Contact Overview now shows the customer's real QuickBooks link, and the outstanding balance there displays using the standard currency format.

Leads & Customers: Duplicate detection now flags an existing lead matched by email or phone, not just an existing customer.

Leads & Customers: Leaving a lead's Profile page now saves it, warns before discarding unsaved changes on close, and refreshes the lead header after a status-advancing note.

Leads & Customers: Overview's Latest Note now shows as plain text with a "Show more" link for the formatted version, and Tech History on contact details no longer appears twice.

Security: The scope drawer and its cards are now gated on the specific permission each save needs, and Add Scope, drag reordering and quoting toggles are gated on the matching scope permission.

Security: A scope group can no longer be created across branches, and bulk scope actions are gated on permissions and Pricing & Fees limits.

Settings: Quick Action shortcuts are now gated on their feature correctly, and Ctrl+1 and one-click feature toggles work again.

Settings: Deleting a team no longer times out, and now reports any import records it couldn't remove.

Settings: Technician Last Login now shows in the company's timezone, the keyboard shortcuts dialog now displays correctly in dark mode, and Logos & Branding now shows the merge tokens Pulse actually fills in.

Payroll: A time-off or excused day can now be edited in place on the Time page, and ended emergency PTO requests no longer linger in Needs Action.

v0.24.0 brings an editable Core KPI monthly cost, a partial-date-range Payroll Summary, V2-matching customer portal tipping, automatic home zone assignment, and a wide set of payroll, quoting, scheduling, dispatch, automation, and technician portal fixes.

Important Changes

Payroll: Minimum Wage (Per Job) in Settings > Payroll Options > Wages & Rates now applies to job pay in Pulse, as it already does in MaidCentral V2. When a captain's or team mate's pay for a job works out below this hourly rate, that job's pay is raised to the rate multiplied by their hours on the job; trainees and salaried employees are not affected. Companies that do not want a per-job floor should set the field to 0.

Technicians: The Activate account link in a new technician's account email now opens Pulse's password setup. After creating a password, the technician is signed straight in, or asked for their verification code first if their role requires two-step verification. Previously the link opened the classic MaidCentral reset page.

Service Zones: Customers are now matched to a service zone automatically from their postal code whenever you add, change or remove a ZIP code under Settings > Team & Operations > Service Zones. This also moves customers who were assigned to a zone by hand when their postal code belongs to a different zone. If you prefer to manage zone assignments yourself, turn off Automatic Home Zone Assignment under Settings > Integrations & System > Pulse Features.

Technician Portal: Technicians now need to clock in for the day before they can open a job, matching MaidCentral V2. Future Job Visibility on, or the Office role on the technician's login, lifts the block. A technician on a break sees "You're on a break" and can end the break from the job page.

Highlights

Automatic Home Zone Assignment — Customers are now matched to a service zone automatically from their postal code; companies that prefer to assign zones by hand can turn this off in Settings.

Core KPI Monthly Cost — Enter and edit the monthly cost directly on the Core KPI report card; it's remembered for the week and carried forward automatically when payroll closes.

Payroll Summary Partial Date Range — Run Payroll Summary for any date range you choose, not just a full week. Closing a pay period still requires the full week.

Customer Portal Tipping Matches V2 — Portal tips now follow the same percentage and billing-terms rules as MaidCentral V2, and retrying a declined payment no longer double-charges a card that already has a preauthorization.

Twilio Number Routing Visibility — The Twilio card in Settings > Integrations now shows exactly where each number's texts and calls are currently routed, Pulse or V2, with its live webhook URL.

"Job Running Behind Schedule" Alerts Now Fire — The automation that flags a job running behind schedule is live for the first time, firing once a job is more than 60 minutes past its scheduled start.

Sales Pipeline Leads Restored — Leads modified today, and leads hidden by Clear All's old 30-day window, show up on the Sales Pipeline board again.

Day Clock-Out Guard — Technicians can no longer clock out for the day while still checked into a job; the app explains why when it's blocked.

On The Way Prompts Fixed — The On The Way prompt now fires for the right job right after check-out, skips jobs where it's turned off, and stops once a customer has already been notified.

New Scope of Work Visibility — A scope of work created in Settings now appears immediately in New Quote's service level dropdown.

Automatic Home Zone Assignment: Homes are now matched to a service zone automatically by postal code whenever you add, change, or remove a ZIP code or a customer's address; this also moves a customer who was assigned to a zone by hand if their postal code belongs to a different zone. Turn it off in Settings > Integrations & System > Pulse Features to manage zones yourself.

Core KPI Monthly Cost: Enter the monthly cost directly on the Core KPI report card; it shows a dash until a value is entered, is stored per payroll week, and carries forward automatically when payroll closes.

Payroll Summary Partial Date Range: Run Payroll Summary for any date range you choose. Closing a pay period still requires the full week.

Twilio Number Routing: The Twilio card in Settings > Integrations now shows exactly where a number's texts and calls are routed, along with its live webhook URL, credentials, and a test-send option.

Scope of Work External Quoting: When creating a new scope of work in Settings > Quoting > Scopes of Work, you can now turn on External Quoting directly from the creation form (off by default).

Availability Calendar Scope Groups: The availability calendar now shows each selected scope group separately instead of combining them.

Technician Portal Lists: Notes, photos, scorecards, time-off requests, and pay periods in the technician portal now load a page at a time with a Load more button instead of loading everything at once.

Technicians: Request Time Off: "Request PTO" is now called "Request Time Off" everywhere in the app, and the button only shows for roles with permission to create time-off requests.

Bug Fixes

Quoting: New scopes of work created in Settings now appear immediately in New Quote's service level dropdown, instead of only after being reopened and saved again.

Quoting: Save & Continue now waits until required pricing questions are answered, and an answered value of 0 displays as 0 instead of blank.

Quoting: Fixed pricing questions occasionally showing the saved answer from a different linked question.

Leads: Editing a lead's contact info no longer leaves behind a stale quote notification for the old contact.

Customer Portal: Portal tips now follow the same percentage and billing-terms rules as MaidCentral V2, and retrying a declined payment no longer double-charges a card with an existing preauthorization or drops the saved tip.

Invoicing: Tips added after payroll closes are now dated to the next open pay period instead of a closed one.

Payroll: Minimum Wage (Per Job) now applies to job pay in Pulse, matching MaidCentral V2; trainees, salaried employees, and $0 or 0-hour timesheets are not affected.

Franchise: Office rate modifications no longer incorrectly exclude royalties for franchise companies.

Technicians: The app now explains why terminating a technician failed, instead of failing silently.

Technicians: The Activate account link now opens Pulse's password setup and signs the technician in afterward (or asks for their verification code), instead of the classic MaidCentral reset page.

Technician Portal: On The Way prompts no longer appear for jobs where it's turned off, now correctly prompt for the next job right after check-out, and stop once a customer has already been notified.

Technician Portal: Technicians can no longer clock out for the day while still checked into a job; the app shows why when blocked.

Technician Portal: Time-off requests without an end date are no longer dropped, and canceling a request immediately refreshes the calendar and balances.

Technician Portal: Fixed garbled special characters on the settings and profile pages, corrected attendance percentages, and added a date range filter with loading and error states to the Earnings tab's attendance stats.

Technician Portal: Job cards on the Today view now show Done and the right time-to-complete status based on the whole crew's clock state, not just the viewing technician's.

Technician Portal: The profile page now shows dates and numbers in your locale format, colored skill and tag badges, and the same Employee ID the office sees.

Technician Portal: The Help menu now opens correctly and only shows when the knowledge base is available.

Automations: Scorecard send automations no longer send duplicate requests when a workflow runs more than once.

Reporting: Sales KPI now groups each day's activity using the branch's own time zone instead of one company-wide clock, includes totals rows, and correctly credits MaidCentral staff.

Dashboard: The revenue trend chart's text labels no longer overlap and are easier to read.

Photos: Photos uploaded across the app keep their correct color and look sharper after being resized.

Dispatch: The Flagged Jobs count now matches the panel, opens the panel when clicked, and refreshes after a job moves.

Scheduling: Shared-job labor now splits correctly per team on the schedule timeline.

Scheduling: Open-ended square-footage pricing questions in Add Service now price correctly and are never skipped by default; the Team field and previously booked team stay correct after switching to multi-team mode or applying a suggestion.

Messaging: Text message tickets in the work queue now open directly in the right Pulse Connect conversation.

Dispatch: Home Keys ticks on the dispatch board are now saved to the job, so every dispatcher sees the same state on any computer; previously a tick lived only in the browser and could be lost on refresh or overwritten from a second tab.

Jobs: Editing Service Set Instructions or Service Set Equipment from the job drawer's Instructions tab now actually saves; it previously reported success without saving anything.

Jobs: Tickets closed from the Ticket Board or Work Queue now correctly show as closed on the job drawer instead of appearing open.

Technicians: The Pay Rates card now shows Salary when a technician is salaried instead of always showing an hourly rate, and Create/Edit Technician now uses MaidCentral's plain Hourly Rate, Min/Max Hourly Rate, and Salary fields instead of a Pay Type selector.

Time: Technicians with approved time off or an excused absence now correctly show as off on the Time timeline, table, and mobile cards instead of appearing scheduled.

Payroll: Hourly and Team Hourly job clocks are now paid at the timesheet's own rate instead of the technician's default hourly rate.

Maps: Picking a street address from autocomplete now fills in City even when the mapping provider doesn't return one.

Quoting: A property with no ZIP code, or one outside every service zone, now still shows pricing (with a note that it's outside a zone) instead of "No frequency options available."

Quoting: Simplified (linear) scopes created in Settings now price correctly instead of defaulting to the scope minimum; the pricing calculator no longer shows blank required fields as if they were already saved, and clearing a field no longer blocks Save.

Sales Pipeline: Leads modified today, and leads hidden by Clear All's old 30-day window, now show up on the board again.

Scheduling: The schedule now loads every event for a busy day instead of silently dropping any past the first 25.

Scheduling: Starting Create Service Set from an empty Not Scheduled slot now actually books the job there instead of leaving it unassigned.

Automations: The "job running behind schedule" alert now actually runs (it previously never fired in any environment); it flags a job once per scheduled start, starting 60 minutes late.

Automations: Lead follow-up note automations are no longer incorrectly blocked, and Drip Campaign rules no longer enroll the same lead or quote twice after a legacy migration.

Automations: Scorecard reminder follow-ups now resume automatically for companies that already had this turned on in the legacy system, instead of sending only the first reminder and stopping.

Automations: Removed two built-in automations ("Employee Schedule Request" and "Employee Time Change Request") that showed as Active but could never actually run.

Notifications: A branch with no notification group no longer blocks that day's reminder notifications for every other branch, and 1/2/3/7-day reminder notifications now run on their daily schedule.

Payments: Clicking Run Automation on the Preauthorization page no longer places a duplicate card hold on a branch where the legacy system is already running automatic preauthorization.

Invoicing: Long product/service descriptions and notes on invoice and pay sheet PDFs now wrap or split across lines and pages instead of being cut off, and PDFs render reliably.

Technician Portal: Rejecting an office time change now lets a technician propose corrected clock times in the same step.

Technician Portal: The job detail page now shows the service zone, customer notification settings, service set description, and any teammate time-change requests on the job.

Travel Pay: Pulse now pays travel time (drive and office time) to technicians on every pay type, matching MaidCentral V2. Previously only Team Hourly technicians received it. If your company relied on the old behavior, contact Support and it can be turned off for your company.

Technician Pay: The Allowed Hours option has been removed from the technician Pay Type list when creating or editing a technician. It did not save, and a technician created with it showed as Hourly with a rate of $0.00. Allowed Hours is still available as a pay type on each scope of work, which is where it takes effect. When creating a technician, you can now also enter per-scope pay rates on the Employment step, and they appear on the technician's Pay Structure tab.

Notifications: Job Started and Job Completed notifications now fill in your customer's first name, your company name, and the review and social links saved in Logos & Branding. If you pasted a review link into those templates as a workaround, you can switch to the
##LINKGOOGLEBUSINESS##
merge field.

Full-Page Quoting for Existing Customers — Quoting an existing customer's home is no longer book-only. Open New Quote from the customer or a lead, pick one of their saved homes (or start a new one), and now Save or Send the quote, not just book it.

More Triggers for Custom Automations — Build custom automation rules on Employee Request Submitted, Payroll Closed, employee schedule changes, quote schedule changes, and inbound text received. Find them in the trigger picker at Automations.

Export Contacts — Export your contact list to CSV or Excel right from the Contacts page: select the rows you want and use Export in the selection bar.

Days in Status on the Leads List — The Status badge on Contacts > Leads now shows how long a lead has been in that status, so you don't have to open the lead to see it.

Time Clock Location Map Shows Both Ends — On Time, the location map for a clocked job now shows where a technician checked in and where they checked out, not just one marker.

Full-Page Quoting for Existing Customers: Quoting an existing customer now supports Save and Send, with a home picker that prefills address, square footage, beds/baths and current pricing. Start it from New Quote on the customer or lead.

Export Contacts: Select contacts on the Contacts list and export them to CSV or Excel from the selection bar.

More Triggers for Custom Automations: Build rules on Employee Request Submitted, Payroll Closed, employee schedule changes, quote schedule changes, and inbound text received, at Automations.

Leads List — Days in Status: The Status badge on Contacts > Leads now shows days in status under the badge.

Time Clock Location Map: Shows both the check-in and check-out location for a clocked job on Time.

New Tenants Start with Automations On: New companies and branches now start with the built-in automation rules already active instead of needing to turn them on.

Pulse Connect from the Job Detail Drawer: Opening Pulse Connect from a Job Detail Drawer now shows it as an overlay on top instead of hiding it behind the drawer.

Customer Overview Activity: Recent Activity on a customer's Overview tab now lists every activity with clickable rows that say which job or invoice they're about, and Latest Note no longer shows a full HTML email.

Bug Fixes

Payroll: Travel pay now applies to every pay type, not only Team Hourly.

Payroll: Per-scope pay entered while creating a technician now saves, instead of being lost.

Notifications: Job Started and Job Completed notifications now fill in the customer's name, company name, and review/social links instead of leaving them blank.

Sales Pipeline: The sidebar badge now matches the count on your board's Needs Contacted column, instead of an all-time count across every branch.

Dashboard: The Revenue card on the Overview dashboard now matches the light background of the other cards instead of showing as a solid black tile.

Technicians: Tags on a technician's profile and the Technicians grid now show their configured colors, and every tag is reachable from the overflow instead of being cut off.

Invoicing: The Charge action is now available for customers on Stripe or Authorize.Net, not only CardConnect.

Payroll: Incentive pay tiers created in MaidCentral V2 now show their real criteria, amount, and tags in the Model Library, and pay correctly instead of $0.

Quoting: Percentage rate modifiers of 100% or more now apply correctly instead of being treated as a tiny fraction.

Scheduling: Office users who are allowed to add a job fee or rate modifier can now remove it too.

Login: Opening a direct link while signed out now returns you to that page after you sign in, instead of landing on the dashboard.

Settings: The kiosk password field now enforces the same password policy as the API and shows a clear reason inline when a password is rejected.

Technician Access: Technicians can no longer read customer, job, home, lead, ticket, or schedule data outside their own assignments through office pages.

Kiosk: A technician selected at the shared kiosk tablet can no longer view or change another technician's information — kiosk sessions are now scoped to the clock only.

Scheduling: Recurring events no longer create duplicate occurrences, and regenerating a schedule keeps the dates the old and new pattern share.

Quoting: Required numeric pricing questions must now be answered before a quote can be booked.

Automations: Two rules that triggered each other now stop automatically instead of looping.

Automations: Inbound-text automations are now capped so an auto-reply can't get stuck in a back-and-forth loop with another auto-responder.

Automations: 1-day and 7-day reminders no longer get skipped for branches whose notification time falls after UTC midnight.

Leads: The Note History All view on a lead now includes open tickets, not just notes.

Charge Customers — Collect deposits or pre-bill upcoming jobs by date range right from Pulse. Navigate to Payments > Charge Customers to pick a date range and run cards for the jobs it finds.

Customer QuickBooks Balance — See a customer's live QuickBooks balance — overdue, owes, or credit — on their details page, on schedule cards, and on the Dispatch board, so the office always knows where an account stands.

Office Summary PDF — Print a one-sheet overview of a day's schedule (roster, customer emails, and team stop lists) straight from the Print Job Worksheets dialog on the Schedule page.

Logo & Branding Uploads — Upload your company logo directly in Pulse at Settings > Company > Logos & Branding — no more emailing files to support.

Manage Contacts from the Customer Drawer — Add, edit, and remove a customer's contacts without leaving the Edit Customer drawer, including setting the first contact when a customer has none yet.

Out-of-Area Lead Tagging — Leads outside your service area are now automatically tagged and noted, and the Leads pipeline has a new Exclude Tags filter to keep them out of your working view.

Offline-Safe Technician Clocks — Job and event clock-ins captured while a technician's phone has no signal now replay automatically once connectivity returns, instead of being lost.

User Management Refresh — The User Management settings tab has a cleaner layout with status icons, technician-specific labels, and filtering by role.

QuickBooks-Linked Customer Portal Invoices: Customers whose invoices are tracked in QuickBooks can now see those invoices and their balance in the customer portal.

Required Quote Questions at Booking: Booking a job now checks only the quote questions relevant to the scopes selected, and blocks submission until they're answered.

Reschedule Reasons: Rescheduling a job now offers your company's configured Move and Bump reasons, and jobs can be rescheduled onto the Not Scheduled team.

Default Schedule Hours Follow Business Hours: The default schedule grid now reflects your business hours and honors your 12-hour or 24-hour time preference, including early-morning and later-evening starts.

Ticket Close-Note History: Tickets now show their full close-note history with who wrote each note, plus a box to add a new one.

Multi-Role Technician Portal Access: Users who hold a technician role alongside other roles can now reach the Technician Portal from the navigation menu and by URL.

Schedule: Fixed dragging an event on the schedule clearing its notes and office assignment — both are now kept.

Tickets: Fixed the Teams Today complaint chip showing for any ticket instead of only open complaints, and corrected wording on the At-Risk Jobs empty state.

Payroll: Fixed the Payroll Summary listing hourly employees with no activity for the period, and made its Refresh button actually reload validations. Employee productivity now recalculates correctly when payroll closes, and incentive pay and additional pay amounts with a minus sign now save correctly.

Payroll: Fixed a crash opening the Incentive Pay page on a blank date, and duplicate productivity rows no longer block a rate increase plan.

Dashboard: Payroll and staffing figures are now hidden from the office Dashboard for roles without labor-cost access, and same-day cancellations are counted on the correct day.

Reports: Fixed Job Metrics and Upcoming Jobs showing the wrong date range in some US timezones.

Settings: Fixed the Backspace key deleting an extra character from zone ZIP codes and notification email recipients.

Invoicing: Invoice dates and activity timestamps now show the branch's own local day instead of a UTC-shifted one.

Scheduling: Fixed invoice and charge failures — including declined cards — not showing up in the job drawer, so the office can see when a charge needs attention.

Technician Schedule: Fixed technician schedules and profiles showing the wrong day, failing to load a full week of jobs, or crashing for technicians with a busy week.

Jobs: A refused status change now shows the office who is still checked in to the job.

Customers: Fixed the Add Contact and New Customer flow mishandling addresses outside the service area or an incomplete address suggestion.

Maps: Fixed map provider switching, zoom limits, and popups across the Schedule, Route, and Zone maps.

Leads: The Leads map now loads reliably and retries automatically if it fails the first time.

Quoting: Fixed an estimate continuing to show an outdated pricing scope after quoting settings changed.

GPS Breadcrumb Trail — See a technician's full path on the map, not just their last pin, on the Time page map — built from their mobile location history. Turn it on for your branch in Settings > Integrations & System > Pulse Features.

Cancel Time Off from the Schedule Drawer: Technician time-off blocks on the Schedule board now carry their linked time-off request, so the drawer's Cancel time off action works end to end.

Redo Job: Reschedule a completed job at no charge right from its Actions menu — the job is tagged Redo and the reason is logged. On by default for every account.

Event Clock Management: Create, edit, and delete event-based time clocks directly from the event drawer on the Time page.

Dashboard Payroll & Sales Insights: The Dashboard shows payroll-week totals for recurring customers and a sales funnel tile with Booked/Lead and sold/lost outcomes.

Teams Today Live Status: The Teams Today map shows a truck icon for on-the-way technicians, an in-progress state once clocked in, and marks a job done once everyone has clocked out; tooltips show scheduled vs. actual times.

Canadian Branch Support: Branches in Canada show Province and Postal Code fields, accept Canadian postal codes and FSAs on service zones, and display route distances in kilometers.

Enhancements

Settings > Teams: Creating and editing a team now happens in one drawer, including start/end location and startup/wrap-up time settings.

Service Zone Map: The zone map is back to full height, with a confirmation step before optimizing zones and office-centered map colors.

Report Search: The Reports page and the
⌘K
search palette now share the same search logic, so results match between the two.

Report Exports: Every report's Export button now offers both CSV and Excel, including several reports that previously offered only one format — or, on Revenue Report and Job Metrics, none at all.

Job Worksheets: Printed job worksheets now shade and star the specific rooms due for deep cleaning on each visit, with a legend explaining the marking.

Franchise Branches: Weekly franchise reports now send automatically to the franchisor with complete minutes, turnover, and recurring-customer totals plus a per-job breakdown, and the franchise code in Settings is set by the franchisor and shows as read-only for branch admins.

Feedback & Support: Feedback forms and the Feedback page now point to MC Support (a ticket form and an email address) for help that needs a person.

Help Assistant: The in-app AI help assistant gives more complete answers and keeps its formatting consistent.

Bug Fixes

Security & Permissions: Tightened several sign-in and permission checks — two-factor sign-in now always requires the preceding password step, password-reset and invite emails can no longer reach the wrong inbox, and roles like Office, Sales, HR Admin, and franchise/host administrators no longer see or change data beyond their intended access (technician pay, audit logs, customer accounts, other companies' users).

Time Tracking: Fixed unpaid breaks not correctly clocking a technician out when started and back in when ended, break edits being allowed after payroll closed, and a retried break edit corrupting the day's record. The Timeline and Table views on the Time page now open the same break and clock drawers.

Time Off: Fixed technicians never receiving an email when a time-off request was submitted, approved, or denied — and fixed those emails showing a blank date, the wrong app name, and a broken logo.

Payroll: Fixed the Bulk Additional Pay results table being unreachable after calculating pay — the page now scrolls to it, required fields are marked, and Submit sits on the toolbar.

Scheduling: Fixed a job that already has recorded time still being reschedulable through the customer portal, phone bookings, or the AI receptionist — rescheduling a job with timesheets is now blocked everywhere the Schedule page already blocks it.

Master Schedule: Fixed the Master Schedule page sometimes taking up to a minute to load, and occasionally timing out, on accounts with many service plans.

Reports: Fixed CSV exports not matching the grid's visible columns and filters, and the Employee Stats NPT Diff report exporting as a non-decimal value.

Employee Texts: Fixed bulk employee texts being sent to a recipient who had already opted out.

Job Details: Fixed the Summary tab not showing a property's full and half bathroom counts.

Add Job: Fixed the customer step hanging instead of showing an error with a retry option when the customer list failed to load.

Quoting: Fixed a quote edit losing its square-footage pricing factor and recurring rate adjustments, and a restored quote not showing its saved frequency as selected.

Payments: Fixed surcharge rejection errors showing a blank message instead of the actual decline reason.

Customer List: Fixed selecting multiple customer statuses not applying all of them, and filters resetting incorrectly on refresh.

Questionnaires: Fixed survey questions being editable and showing a Frequency field that didn't work.

Administration: Fixed the Global Administrator's "Show All" setting not staying on when navigating between pages.

What's New Popup: Fixed the "what's new" dialog after login running past the right edge of the screen, and growing taller than the screen for a user with many fixed items.

Navigation: Fixed the Tickets, Messages, and Sales Pipeline badge counts in the left nav taking up to 5 minutes to update instead of refreshing right away.

Technicians: Fixed unchecking Payroll Admin or HR Admin in Manage Roles not actually removing the role.

Settings: Fixed tags for organizing technicians showing as "Service Tags" instead of "Technician Tags" in Skills & Tags.

Login: Cleaned up the two-factor authentication screen header and restyled the back-to-login link.

v0.20.0 ships a redesigned office Dashboard, customer portal arrival windows, double-booking protection on the schedule board, and quote delivery by email and SMS.

Highlights

New Office Dashboard — Logging in now takes you straight to a redesigned Dashboard that surfaces today's jobs on a live map with time rings, team and staffing status, the sales pipeline, and revenue and cash metrics — all above the fold, with drill-in cards for teams, staffing, and lost revenue.

Customer Portal Arrival Windows — Customers can now see an arrival window (e.g.
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
) instead of a single exact time on their upcoming visits, in the portal, their job history, and their calendar download.

Schedule Drag & Drop Blocks Double-Booking — Dragging a job onto a technician who's already booked at that time now shows a clear conflict warning instead of silently double-booking them.

Send Quotes by Email and SMS — The quote review step now lets you choose which line items to include and send the quote by email or text, with your saved pricing scopes carried through.

Edit a Customer's Portal Login Email — Office staff can now update a customer's portal sign-in email directly from Contact Overview.

Technician Pay Type Safeguards — Switching a technician's pay type now requires a valid rate before it saves, so payroll figures can't silently end up wrong.

Log in and take a look at the new Dashboard — today's job map with time rings, team and staffing cards, the sales pipeline, and revenue and cash all in one landing view.

If your account shows arrival windows to customers, check a customer's upcoming visit in the portal or their downloaded calendar invite — it now shows a time range instead of one exact time.

Try dragging a job onto a technician who already has a job at that time on the Schedule board or master view — you'll get a conflict warning instead of a silent overlap.

New Office Dashboard: A redesigned landing dashboard shows today's jobs on a live map with time rings, per-team job counts, staffing status, sales pipeline stages, and revenue and lost-revenue cards.

Edit Customer Portal Login Email: Office staff can change a customer's portal sign-in email from Contact Overview, with duplicate-email checks on both the form and the save.

Send Quotes by Email and SMS: The quote review step lets you choose which priced lines to include and deliver the quote by email or text message.

Enhancements

Customer Portal Arrival Windows: Upcoming visits in the customer portal, job history, and calendar downloads (
.ics
) can now show an arrival window instead of a single exact time.

Schedule Drag & Drop: Dragging a job now blocks double-booking a technician and shows a clearer, correctly formatted conflict warning across both the job board and master schedule views.

Add to Team: The + action on a technician's schedule row now correctly distinguishes adding them to a team from moving them, and preserves their existing hours and position.

Technician Pay Type & Pay Rate: Changing a technician's pay type now requires a positive rate, keeps the stored rate when you switch back, and the pay-structure card refreshes immediately after a save.

Payroll Settings: The payroll load factor is now entered and displayed as a percentage, with scope pay fields laid out in even columns and a link to the pricing report explaining how the factor is used.

Customer Portal Tips: The tip prompt on the customer portal now waits for the visit to finish loading before showing a default amount, and any tip left now shows up in the visit's total.

Schedule Totals: Job-card and drawer totals now refresh immediately after editing a job's base fee or a rate modifier.

Zone Assignment: Customer zones now recalculate automatically when a postal code changes, and automatic zone refreshes are scoped more tightly so unrelated zones aren't touched.

Bug Fixes

Time Off: Fixed partial-day time off requests not correctly adjusting a technician's existing schedule — approving or denying a request could leave stray or missing schedule rows.

Technician Access: Fixed the kiosk password field blocking Route Timing and Technician Access settings from saving, even when the kiosk password wasn't being changed.

Messages: Fixed scheduled message send and response times showing in the wrong timezone instead of your local time.

Payroll: Fixed pay sheet PDF downloads failing.

Customer Portal: Fixed misaligned status badges on the portal agenda and calendar times that should have stayed hidden from customers.

Company Settings: Fixed company settings being editable by users who shouldn't have had admin access.

Sales Pipeline: Fixed a lead getting stuck on "Contacted" after a note was added, and leads now correctly advance to "Quoted" once a priced quote is saved.

Customer Portal: Fixed the portal login email screen allowing an email address that was already in use by another account.

Scheduling: Fixed rescheduling a job so a failed reschedule can no longer leave the original job removed from the schedule with no replacement created.

Invoicing: Fixed
$0
jobs sending a
$0
invoice notification to the customer instead of being skipped, while a job with only a tip (no charge) correctly keeps its Invoice option available.
