v0.27.0 brings a redesigned online quote experience, event visibility and filtering on the Schedule Calendar, lead creation-source tracking, and a batch of scheduling, booking, and technician fixes.

Highlights

  • Calendar Events & Filters — The Schedule Calendar now shows company events alongside jobs, with new Hide Events and Event Tags filters to control what's on screen.
  • Lead Creation Source — The lead page, the Leads grid, and the lead lifecycle report now show how each lead was created.
  • Online Quote Redesign — The customer-facing online quote has a refreshed look: a branded header band, card layout, a sticky action bar, and numbered steps.
  • Customer Portal Contact Notifications — Customers can now manage each contact's notification preferences right from the portal's Contacts page.
  • Reactivate Inactive Teams — Inactive teams now appear in their own list with a one-click Reactivate button.
  • Edit Base Fee Hourly Rate — Edit Base Fee now shows an Hourly Rate field for scopes billed hourly.
  • Bulk Time Change Approvals — Approve or deny multiple technician time change requests at once from the Time page.

What's New to Try

Calendar Events & Filters

Open Schedule > Calendar and look for company events shown alongside jobs. Use the new Hide Events and Event Tags filters in the filter drawer to narrow down what's shown.

Lead Creation Source

Open any lead's page, or check the Leads grid, to see how that lead came in. The same source now appears on the lead lifecycle report.

Online Quote Redesign

Send yourself a quote link and open it — the quote now has a cleaner card layout, a sticky action bar as you scroll, and numbered steps. Customers can also select more than one service on a single quote.

Customer Portal Contact Notifications

If your company lets customers manage their own notification preferences, check Contacts in the customer portal — each contact now has its own notification toggles.

Reactivate Inactive Teams

Head to Settings > Teams and look for the Inactive Teams list — reactivate any team with a single click instead of recreating it.

Edit Base Fee Hourly Rate

Open Edit Base Fee on a job billed hourly and look for the new Hourly Rate field.

Bulk Time Change Approvals

On the Time page, select multiple pending time change requests and approve or deny them together instead of one at a time.

Detailed Changes

Features

  • Calendar Event Filters: The Schedule Calendar now shows company events, with filters to hide events or filter by event tag.
  • Customer Portal Contact Notifications: Customers can manage each contact's notification preferences from the portal's Contacts page. Available to companies that have portal notification editing turned on.
  • Lead Creation Source: The lead page, the Leads grid, and the lead lifecycle report now show how each lead was created.
  • Reactivate Inactive Teams: Inactive teams are listed separately with a Reactivate button, so a deactivated team can be brought back without recreating it.

Enhancements

  • Online Quote Redesign: The customer-facing online quote has a refreshed brand band, card layout, sticky action bar, and numbered steps.
  • Online Quote Multi-Service Selection: Customers can now select more than one service on a single online quote.
  • Edit Base Fee Hourly Rate: Edit Base Fee now shows an Hourly Rate field for scopes billed hourly.
  • Bulk Time Change Approvals: The Time page now supports approving or denying multiple technician time change requests in one action.
  • Edit Technician Redesign: Pay fields on Edit Technician are now grouped together, and a technician's driver's license number is masked on screen.
  • Public Testimonials Page: Testimonials now have a dedicated public page with an updated embed, and the old testimonials link redirects there automatically.
  • Schedule Timeline Font Scale: The schedule Timeline and Master Schedule now scale together with your chosen font size, and the toolbar wraps instead of overflowing.

  • Technicians: Fixed bulk technician edits applying the wrong schedule tag and not refreshing the schedule afterward.
  • View As: Fixed View As sometimes timing out when starting a session, and fixed active-session checks not expiring after an hour.
  • View As: Fixed the View As drawer's technician filter, role labels, name search, and banner name not displaying correctly.
  • Quoting: Locked steps on an estimate now explain why they're locked, on both desktop and mobile.

  • Booking: Fixed online bookings writing the wrong room location and room fee.
  • Booking: Fixed office bookings not keeping the entered home name, sending confirmations by text as well as email, and not saving bathroom counts.
  • Booking: Fixed the online quote leaving a stray countdown and thank-you message after redirecting post-booking.
  • Leads: Fixed a quoted lead on an existing customer losing its Book button and showing as already converted.
  • Notifications: Fixed schedule-change notices going to technicians outside the affected time window instead of just the ones affected.
  • Payroll: Technicians can no longer approve a time change request that would leave the end time at or before the start time.
  • Technician Portal: Fixed the Welcome Wizard appearing for technicians on the technician portal.
  • Accounting: Fixed QuickBooks customer and item lookups occasionally going stale right after a QuickBooks sync.
