How to contact MaidCentral Support
If you can't find the answer in the Help Center, submit a ticket to MaidCentral Support on the support site or by email. Support does not have a phone line.
Ways to get help
| I want to... | Do this |
|---|---|
| Get a question answered or a problem fixed | Go to support.maidcentral.com and use Submit a ticket, or email [email protected]. Tickets are answered 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time. |
| Search help articles | Open Help & Support in the left navigation and select Help Center. The Support item in your profile menu (top right) opens the same place. |
| Ask a question in plain words | Use the MaidSense help assistant. See MaidSense Assistant. |
| Suggest an improvement or report something that feels wrong | Submit a ticket at support.maidcentral.com or email [email protected], the same as for a question or problem. |
| Check on feedback you sent earlier | Open Help & Support and select My feedback. |
note
Your feedback conversations, the feedback form at the bottom of help articles, and the MaidSense chat all show a reminder: "Need help? Contact MC Support by submitting a ticket here or emailing [email protected]."
What to include in your ticket
A complete ticket gets you an answer faster:
- Your company name and the email you sign in with.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The exact wording of any error message.
- The customer, job or employee involved, and the date. Don't include card numbers.
- A screenshot, if you can.
Example ticket: "Payroll won't close for the week of Sept 15. The Close Wizard says a job clock is outside the day clock for one technician. Screenshot attached."
Some things your own office can do first
Some changes can only be made by someone in your office who has the right role. Ask them before you contact Support:
| I need to... | Who can do it |
|---|---|
| Reopen a closed payroll period | An Administrator or Group Administrator. See How to Reopen Payroll. |
| Turn tip settings on or off | An Administrator or Group Administrator. See Tips and Tip Management. |
